This custom Sandler/Riverbend play pool and spa feature flagstone coping and pebbletech plaster. The large deck area made of patterned concrete connects to the back porch, which has a full masonry outdoor fireplace. Both the spa and heater are oversized. Spa controls are located at the equipment, at the spa deck, and inside the great room.
