The "Q" stands for Quality.

Preferred, Inc. maintains the highest quality control over the products we manufacture. We perform first article inspection, continuous in-process inspections on the shop floor, and final inspection before shipping.

Our Fabrivision inspection machine is used to compare the finished blank to the CAD/CAM that was used to produce the part. Our coordinate measurement machine is used to verify close-tolerance dimensions and provides a permanent inspection record for complex parts.

Our Quality Control department also includes other state-of-the-art precision monitoring equipment, with surface plate and height gauges used for in-process inspection on the shop floor.

ISO Certification

Preferred, Inc. is in the process of taking the required actions to become ISO Certified. Our goal is to obtain ISO Certification early in the first quarter of 2005.
